Youth Consultancy Australia believes that young people have the skills and abilities to become great leaders. By enhancing the leadership skills of young people they are able to make positive life-changing decisions and have a greater impact on their community. People who have strong leadership skills create better opportunities for themselves and others.
At Youth Consultancy Australia our mission is simply to enhance the leadership skills of young people. We do this by providing the opportunities to learn leadership in a dynamic and enjoyable way. When young people feel they have the skills to lead and the confidence to lead - then the sky is the limit. They are better prepared for school, work and life. They are more resilient to life’s ups and downs and face life with greater certainty. We believe that by providing young people with leadership skills, regardless of their position in life or the difficulties that they are currently facing, they will be able to achieve greater success.
Our Philosophy
At Youth Consultancy Australia we believe that development of a leader is a life long process and one that should be begun as early as possible. The earlier young people are given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, the more confidence and productive they will become in school, at home, in sport and in life. Leadership skills are highly valued in today’s society. It is the ability of a leader to rise to new challenges with confidence.
